This Privacy Policy explains how SLOTLY (“Slotly”, “we”), Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-GJ-24-0257840, C-503, Preet Avenue, New Sama, Vadodara, Gujarat – 390024, India, collects and uses personal information when you visit our website or interact with a business that uses Slotly on WhatsApp. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

1. Information we collect

• From end customers messaging a salon on WhatsApp: WhatsApp phone number, profile name, message content, preferred language, and booking details (service, date, time, staff).
• From Business Customers: name, email, phone number, business name and address, services, prices and working hours.
• Payments: payment status and reference IDs from the payment gateway. We do not collect or store card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security.

2. How we use it

• To reply to enquiries, show available slots, create bookings and send confirmations and reminders.
• To send review requests or follow-ups on behalf of the salon, unless you opt out.
• To operate, secure and improve the service, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

We share information only as needed to provide the service:

• With the salon or business you are booking with.
• With Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business Platform) to deliver messages.
• With the payment gateway (such as Razorpay) to process advance payments.
• With hosting and infrastructure providers, under confidentiality obligations.
• With authorities when required by law.

4. Opting out

Reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time to stop receiving messages from a business using Slotly. Reply START to resume.

5. Retention and security

Chat messages are kept only for the period set by the business and are then deleted automatically. Access tokens and keys are stored encrypted, and access to data is restricted to authorised persons.

6. Your rights and data deletion

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. To request deletion, send an email to contact@slotlyapp.in with the subject “Data deletion request” and the WhatsApp number concerned, or call +91 9265672375. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law.

7. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
